Responsibility for setting up control points can be provided by INP or by the event organizing committee. Each control point must include the following elements:

Meal consumption tracking

Hercules™ will record every entitlement scan made on each credential and will generate the following reports and statistics:

Number of meals consumed by control point.
Entitlements consumed by person.
Number of times an entitlement is used overall, by delegation, and by sport.
Meals consumed by date.

The tally can include rejected meal counts when people do not have that entitlement or it has already been used.

All websites for the events you organize will automatically be arranged in the event portal customized for your institution and provided by Hercules™. The portal will include event filters by year or by categories defined by you. Once found, users can access the website of each event, which will remain available as long as your organization keeps its Hercules™ license.
